Job summary

A leading construction firm in Cedar Rapids seeks a Quality Manager to lead quality program planning for data centers. You will manage daily QC tasks, train team members, and ensure project compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate must possess a technical degree and at least 5 years of experience in MEP-heavy projects. Knowledge of quality systems and tools like Procore and Revit is preferred. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in design, construction, and/or commissioning for large & complex MEP-heavy projects.
• Experience leading construction documentation and contract administration is required.
• Knowledge of one or more quality systems (i.e., Malcolm Baldridge, ISO 9000, Lean, Kaizen).

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of the quality program for data centers.
• Manage daily QC responsibilities on specific projects.
• Train project team members on quality-related activities.
• Conduct quality walkthroughs with the client and design team.
