Qualifications

• 9–15 years of construction quality management experience, preferably in data centers.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Experience with ISO, LEED, Uptime Institute standards and commissioning processes.
• Certifications such as CQE, LEED AP, or Uptime accreditation are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Quality Management Plan for each data center project.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure construction standards compliance.
• Oversee QC and commissioning of MEP systems to meet timelines.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and contractors to resolve issues.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and industry standards compliance.
• Establish QC procedures for materials, workmanship, and installations.
• Attend progress and commissioning meetings for projects.
• Train teams on quality control best practices.
