Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC professional to ensure products, services and processes meet quality standards and regulations.

You will inspect production and installation procedures, review records, and drive continuous improvement through QMS management and reporting. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, five years of experience, and professional certification where possible, along with strong analytical and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business administration, process management, or operations.
• Five years' experience in process optimization, operations, or business management.
• Professional certification such as Six Sigma, Quality Engineer, or Quality Auditor preferred.
• Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect procedures, specifications, methods, and results of production and installation.
• Review project/task records for accuracy before sending to customer.
• Ensure latest Corporate Quality procedures and client installation standards are used.
• Investigation of client quality complaints.
• Provide timely reports and analysis of key trends for managers.
