NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company is seeking a Data Center QA/QC Site Manager in Amarillo, TX. This on-site permanent role includes relocation options, company-paid lodging, and approved travel expenses for non-local candidates.

You will lead the QA/QC program for a hyperscale data center building, manage a team of Site Quality Inspectors, coordinate commissioning readiness, and oversee installation quality of critical electrical, mechanical, and controls infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in QA/QC, commissioning, or mission-critical facilities.
• 4–5+ years of hyperscale or mission-critical data center construction experience.
• Previous roles: QA/QC Manager, Commissioning Manager, Site Quality Manager, or Owner's Representative.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete QA/QC program for an assigned hyperscale data center building.
• Manage a team of Site Quality Inspectors and oversee daily quality activities.
• Coordinate construction quality, commissioning readiness, and turnover across multiple contractors.
• Review inspection reports, punch lists, NCRs, commissioning documentation, and turnover packages.
• Oversee installation quality of critical electrical, mechanical, and controls infrastructure.
• Support Level 1–5 commissioning, including FAT, SAT, startup, Functional Performance Testing, and IST.
• Serve as the primary on-site quality representative for the client.

Direct Hire role (not a contract role, permanent role)

No C2C candidates, only W2 candidates

Location: Amarillo, TX (On-site)

• Temporary relocation available for qualified non-local candidates
• Company-paid lodging and approved travel expenses
• Bi-weekly travel home provided during temporary assignment

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in mission-critical construction, QA/QC, commissioning, and MEP systems who are ready to lead quality operations for an entire data center building.

What You'll Do

• Lead the complete QA/QC program for an assigned hyperscale data center building
• Manage a team of Site Quality Inspectors and oversee daily quality activities
• Coordinate construction quality, commissioning readiness, and turnover across multiple contractors

Experience We're Looking For

• 7+ years of QA/QC, commissioning, construction management, or mission-critical facilities experience
• 4–5+ years of hyperscale or mission-critical data center construction experience
• Previous experience as a QA/QC Manager, Commissioning Manager, Site Quality Manager, or Owner's Representative
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and mission-critical infrastructure
• Experience leading teams and coordinating multiple contractors on large construction project
