Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Specialist for CBRE|DIRECTLINE to oversee daily QC tasks on data center projects. You will ensure work adheres to standards, review documentation, and coordinate with project teams and vendors to deliver a quality product.

The role requires strong leadership, site inspection expertise, and the ability to coordinate across PMs, supers, and field techs. On-site work, safety focus, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 5 years field experience in commercial construction.
• BICSI certifications preferred.
• Experience with data center cabling (copper & fiber).

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the QA/QC system on site, including routing, installs, cable management, and port validation.
• Coordinate quality inspections with subcontractors and vendors.
• Review customer specifications and provide necessary training.
• Lead weekly QA/QC site meetings with subcontractor QC staff.
• Ensure all QA/QC documentation is completed for closeout.
