Job summary

CommScope is seeking a hands-on Data Center QA/QC Engineer in New Albany, OH to verify installations before sign-off across prefab and on-site deployments. This contract role is onsite and focuses on quality checks at rack, cable management, layouts, and test results.

You will run QA checklists, document issues with photos, and provide daily/weekly reports to reduce rework. Ideal candidates have data center QA/QC experience in hyperscale or colocation environments with strong fiber/copper

• Reviewing data center layouts, rack elevations, pathways, and infrastructure drawings
• Verifying fiber and copper cabling, terminations, labeling, cleanliness, and test results
• Running QA checklists / punch lists and tracking defects through closeout
• Inspecting prefab equipment before it reaches the data center
• Documenting issues with photos and providing daily/weekly quality reporting
• Catching installation issues early to reduce rework onsite

Hiring: Data Center QA/QC Engineer | New Albany, OH

I'm supporting CommScope on an urgent search for 2 QA/QC Engineers supporting large-scale Meta data center buildouts in New Albany, Ohio.

This is a hands-on onsite quality role responsible for making sure infrastructure is built and installed correctly before final sign-off - across both prefabricated/offsite builds and onsite data hall deployments.

You'll be involved with:

• Inspecting rack deployments, placement, labeling, cable management, and workmanship
• Reviewing data center layouts, rack elevations, pathways, and infrastructure drawings
