Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Construction Project Commissioning Manager to lead on-site commissioning for a hyperscale data center in Muskogee, OK. You will own quality control, manage project deliverables, and coordinate with owner teams, design teams, and contractors to ensure milestones are met.

Responsibilities include inspections, testing procedure development, RFIs and submittals, punch list management, and regular status updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Commissioning and quality control experience on complex projects is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Provide Owner’s Representation and Project Management services.
• Manage all Quality and Commissioning reporting for project delivery.
• Coordinate inspections and testing aligned with owner standards and specs.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, and punch list processes throughout construction.
• Report project status and risk to stakeholders and management.
