Qualifications

• High school or equivalent.
• 2+ years of program or project coordination/administration experience
• 2+ years of experience in construction, data center, or critical infrastructure environments
• Experience with vendor management and onboarding workflows
• Proficiency in project management tools (Procore, Smartsheet, or similar)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Vendor onboarding, access management, and compliance workflow support.
• Financial & procurement support; troubleshoot invoicing discrepancies and track PO utilization.
• Create and configure Procore project shells; manage user access and conduct regular data quality checks.
• Track warehouse inventory and collect inputs for business reviews.
• Enforce SLA targets; monitor procedures and closeout action plan timelines.
• Generate weekly compliance reports and escalate at-risk items to project managers.
