Job summary

The Weitz Company is seeking a Project Manager (various levels) for our Mission Critical Construction team on a hyperscale data center project in Council Hill, OK. You will lead project activities, manage safety, and drive performance on multiple projects or scopes, mentoring team members and ensuring quality while aligning with company standards.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, maintaining schedules and budgets, and ensuring contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of extensive field and project construction management experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead, develop and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Construct the project in accordance with plans, schedule, specifications and standards.
• Lead subcontractors and field staff on site.
• Advise on project safety per company policy.
• Collaborate with PMs to manage schedule, budget and staffing.
• Develop and maintain the project schedule; prepare look-ahead schedules.
• Assist with buyout and selection of major subs.
• Recommend cost-saving and schedule-improvement opportunities.
• Ensure project documents are accurate and compliant.
• Review and enforce contract terms and obligations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
