Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Data Center) to join a top national GC. You will lead field teams across multiple locations, drive project goals, and coordinate subcontractors on complex data center builds. Salary ranges and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Requirements include 10+ years of field leadership on large-scale projects and 3+ years in data center or mission-critical environments. OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR are required, with Procore and BIM tools preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field leadership on large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects.
• 3+ years of direct experience managing data center or mission-critical projects.
• Deep technical knowledge of MEP systems, UPS, BMS, CRAC/CRAH units, generators, and switchgear installations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead subcontractor coordination and hold teams accountable to project goals.
• Proficiency with construction technology platforms (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, BIM 360).
• OSHA 30 and current First Aid/CPR certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate field teams across multi-location data center projects.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
• Apply technical knowledge to oversee MEP, UPS, BMS, and related equipment installations.
