Project Manager (Data Centers)
We are looking for a Project Manager to plan and manage all aspects of building engineering design projects including Data Centers, Semiconductor, Industrial, and Infrastructure. The role will also directly support the Senior Project Management team on large‑scale projects.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage all aspects of building engineering design projects.
- Participate in project pursuits and develop project scope.
- Independently coordinate work of professional staff of Architects and Engineers.
- Establish client relations and assist with marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings.
- Participate in reviews with governing agencies for compliance.
- Conduct work sessions for design development and contract documents with multidisciplinary staff.
- Coordinate workload throughout project development and ensure completion of documents on schedule.
- Track financial aspects of projects and adjust work effort to meet budget and schedule parameters.
- Facilitate or participate in project reviews in collaboration with Accounting and technical team management.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
- Professional Engineer or Licensed Architect.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 7 years of related experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
- Ability to interact effectively with various design teams, with excellent organizational, project management and communication skills (written and verbal).
