Qualifications

• Active military personnel only
• Current wage/benefits provided by US Military; not paid by Siemens
• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in electro-mechanical/MEP/related systems
• Project management experience: scope, scheduling, documentation, resource allocation and fiscal responsibility
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• On-site work and local travel within assigned area

Responsibilities

• Review contracts, specs, drawings to establish intent
• Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate team needs
• Manage supply requisitions and materials procurement
• Review plans, participate in cost reviews, assist in subcontractor contracting
• Conduct technician orientations and track resources
• Document events impacting schedule/scope/efficiency
• Pursue change-order opportunities and coordinate billing
• Schedule commissioning resources and prepare documentation
• Complete project close-out documentation
