Job summary

EOS IT Solutions seeks a Data Center Technical Project Manager to coordinate data center infrastructure projects and managed services. You will act as the primary liaison among internal teams, client project managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery, meeting timelines and quality standards.

The role requires strong organizational, reporting, resource management, and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, data center operations, managed services, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and operational activities.
• Strong understanding of data center environments, IT infrastructure, and service delivery models.
• Proven experience managing project schedules, resources, risks, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage site activities across multiple data center locations.
• Maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress and identify delays or issues.
• Coordinate implementation activities, maintenance windows, and service delivery initiatives.
• Track LOE, resources, and headcount for projects and initiatives.
• Maintain risk and issue logs and escalate as needed.
• Produce and distribute project status reports and KPI dashboards.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Support operations and change management to improve service delivery.
