Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead data center and mission critical projects with a strong electrical/MEP focus. You will coordinate engineering, construction, and field teams, manage budgets, and drive successful delivery across multiple sites.

The role requires 5–10+ years of relevant experience, hands-on leadership, and willingness to travel up to 100%. PE is preferred but not required, with housing and travel support provided for assignments.

Qualifications

• Experience managing data center or mission critical construction projects.
• Understanding of electrical systems, MEP, and automation (BMS/BAS/EPMS).
• Ability to coordinate engineers, contractors, and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through closeout.
• Own safety, quality, schedule, scope, and budget.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control.
• Serve as primary client and site team contact.
