Job summary

Bitdeer Inc. is seeking a local candidate for a Clarington, Ohio datacenter project to lead the full project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to execution, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a background in construction management and electrical engineering, 5+ years of PM experience, and PMP certification is highly preferred. You will collaborate with our global teams and report to the General Manager of the US Datacenter Business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Solid electrical background with power supply and distribution experience.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning with scope, developing detailed schedules, and establishing budgets in collaboration with clients, engineers, and executive leadership.
• Manage the full contractor lifecycle, including selection, contract negotiation, and on-site supervision to ensure all work adheres to quality standards and design specifications.
• Proactively mitigate project risks—including budget deviations, schedule delays, and on-site emergencies—while ensuring all safety standards and compliance codes are strictly met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, providing regular project velocity updates and financial budget reports to internal cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Foster and maintain strong collaborative working relationships with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Perform other related project and operational duties as assigned.
