Carrier is seeking a Project Manager for Automated Logic to lead mission-critical/data center projects in Waco, TX. You will manage budgets, schedules, and client communications while ensuring scope, cost, and quality objectives are met.

The role emphasizes building automation expertise, cross-team collaboration, and delivering engineering-driven solutions with WebCTRL and networked controls. Strong PM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in Construction, HVAC or Building Automation.
• Ability to lift up to 20lbs and climb ladders.
• Eligible to drive company or personal vehicle for work.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and lead project team to meet contractual requirements.
• Maintain budget, schedule, and customer satisfaction.
• Forecast revenues and monitor project costs to maximize profitability.
• Oversee financials: planning, billing, revenue forecasting, A/R collections.
• Track progress and resolve obstacles to avoid delays.
• Coordinate materials and resources; manage subcontractors and change orders.
• Foster cross-functional alignment with stakeholders.
