Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation is partnering with a nationally recognized general contractor to place a Construction Project Manager on their data center division across multiple U.S. markets.

Projects range from $50M–$300M+ across hyperscale and colocation—ground-up, fast-track. Compensation offers $120K–$165K plus bonus, with relocation available.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years construction PM experience
• 4–5+ years on data center or mission-critical projects
• $50M+ project accountability with strong MEP knowledge (power, cooling, BMS)
• Procore, P6, OSHA 30 required

Responsibilities

• Full project ownership — preconstruction through commissioning, budget, schedule, and client communications
• MEP coordination across critical power (switchgear, generators, UPS) and cooling (chillers, CRAC/CRAH)
• Schedule management in P6; commissioning coordination with owner's Cx agent
