Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to own end-to-end projects across our technology infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate has a proven track record leading Supervisors and Construction Managers, delivering on time and within budget while maintaining safety.

You will coordinate plans, manage budgets, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers, with nationwide travel. ADB emphasizes safety, zero-incident culture, and customer-centric service.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of technical field experience and/or project management experience
• 2-3+ years of leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel nationwide is required

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from planning through project closeout
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and operational strategies
• Coordinate all phases of construction activities to achieve successful project outcomes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication and coordination
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage customer expectations related to schedule, scope, quality, and deliverables
• Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and issue resolutions to customers and stakeholders
• Maintain accountability for overall project financial performance, including WIP, margins, and cash flow
• Develop, track, and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between field operations, engineering, customers, and support teams
• Provide leadership and direction to Construction Managers, Supervisors, Field Inspectors, and field teams; responsible for people management, production, performance, quality, training, etc.
• Drives team KPI’s to contribute to the overall department and team scorecard success
• Upholds ADB’s safety culture, leads by example, and drives a philosophy of ZERO throughout the entire organization

• When on project sites, will berequiredto wear common PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hart hat, and safety-toed boots

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

This position pays between $80,000 and $165,000 base and is based on the candidate's skillset and experience.
