Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is hiring a Data Center Project Manager to lead mission-critical projects onsite in a fast-paced environment. You will drive end-to-end delivery of life safety and security systems, coordinating design, procurement, provisioning, installation and closeout with multiple teams and stakeholders.

You will manage schedules, risks, and budgets while ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards, maintaining strong customer alignment and project visibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with required product certifications/licenses.
• 5+ years of project/program management in security, fire alarm, or construction.
• Strong understanding of Division 28 systems: CCTV, access control, life safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead mission-critical projects from initiation through closeout.
• Ensure successful delivery of life safety and security systems on deployments.
• Oversee design coordination, material procurement, provisioning, installation and closeout.
• Manage multiple projects with focus on schedule, cost, and quality.
• Maintain schedules, milestones, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure material flow, inventory tracking, and provisioning readiness.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between PMO, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and Field Teams.
• Oversee RFIs, change orders, permits, and closeout packages.
• Identify and manage constraints and risks; support change orders and scope management.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety requirements; communicate status to stakeholders.

Required:

• Education/Certification:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Obtain and retain required product certifications/licenses
• 5 years of experience in project/program management within security, fire alarm, or construction environments
• Strong understanding of Division 28 systems (CCTV, access control, life safety systems)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams
• Experience with material management, procurement workflows, and inventory tracking
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-visibility, mission-critical environments
• Proficiency in project management tools (Smartsheet, Excel, or similar)

Preferences:

• Experience in commercial or mission-critical environments

Responsibilities:

• Lead mission-critical projects from initiation through closeout
• Ensure successful delivery of life safety and security systems across high-priority deployments
• Combine program-level strategy with hands-on project execution focused on schedule certainty, material readiness, quality assurance, and customer alignment
• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects including design coordination, material procurement, provisioning, installation, and closeout
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with a focus on schedule adherence, cost control, and quality execution
• Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and proactively mitigate risks and constraints
• Ensure full visibility and control of material flow, inventory tracking, and provisioning readiness
• Drive cross-functional alignment between PMO, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Field Teams
• Oversee documentation including RFIs, change orders, permits, and closeout packages
• Identify, track, and manage project constraints and risks
• Support change order development, scope management, and customer communication
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements
• Provide clear and consistent communication to internal stakeholders and customers on project status, risks, and financials
• Act as a leader and mentor within the team, driving accountability and continuous improvement
• Support program-level strategy including scalability, process improvement, and operational efficiency
