Qualifications

• PM: 5+ years leading commercial/industrial construction
• Senior PM: 10+ years GC-side project leadership, Advanced Technology/mission-critical experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable running a job site day-to-day and managing subs, schedule, and budget at a high level
• Competitive base salary, commensurate with experience
• Strong bonus potential tied to project performance
