Job summary

Mission Critical Interior Solutions, Inc is seeking a Project Manager to own submittals, RFIs, drawings and document management on data center interior projects. The role supports field operations and ensures timely submission of field documentation by subs and supers.

Qualifications

• Entry level position with undergraduate degree in construction management, engineering, or similar field of study.
• Strong technical aptitude, highly organized, proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain submittal log, RFI log, drawing register, and all technical tracking.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, and project records.
• Ensure field documentation from Supers and subs is submitted and processed timely.
• Manage document control for project.
• Assist the Assistant Project Manager and Superintendents with daily project coordination.
• Help track material procurement, project progress and schedule updates.
• Visit job site regularly to observe progress and support field operations.
• Help coordinate deliveries.
• Support micro-scheduling.
• Participate in safety meetings.
• Develop problem-solving and project management skills.
