You will assist with pre-construction planning, daily field reports, RFI management, and takeoffs while upholding safety and quality standards to deliver on-time, on-budget results.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 1-5 years related experience.
• Related experience to the project or market served.

Responsabilidades

• Recognizes change conditions and notifies parties.
• Ensures work complies with codes, drawings, specs; coordinates inspections.
• Assists with constructability reviews and value engineering.
• Maintains job costing and reporting; tracks costs and forecasts.
• Prepares drawings/ sketches to support construction; takeoffs.
