Job summary

EverOn is seeking a Project Engineer to support Project Engineers and Project Managers in overseeing data center projects. You will coordinate meetings, handle administrative tasks, assist with planning, and support on-site management across design, construction, and commissioning phases.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 0–2 years experience, and a drive to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes. Frequent travel may be required as part of project assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of experience in a field-related role or equivalent education.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Data Center experience preferred.
• Good understanding of safety guidelines.
• Technically savvy and computer literate.
• Energetic self-starter with a “can do/whatever it takes” attitude under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Open to frequent travel.

Responsibilities

• Help coordinate project meetings with design, construction, and commissioning firms.
• Conduct administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, drafting invoices and drawing estimates.
• Prepare and assist with pre-installation meetings.
• Assist in planning and implementation of projects.
• Support on-site management of data center projects.
• Coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables.
• Assist with reporting to the Project Manager and project team.
• Research information to support other teams as needed.
• Interface with EverOn operations team.
• Assist with maintaining a safe work environment on project sites.
• Complete other duties consistent with the role as assigned by EverOn management.
