Job summary

EverOn is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to coordinate activities for data center projects, ensuring cost, schedule, documentation, and quality standards are met. The role involves on-site management, meetings with design and construction teams, and reporting to support project success.

You will assist in budgets, schedules, feasibility studies, and cash flow management, while interfacing with customers and the EverOn operations team to maintain infrastructure integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years construction experience required.
• 1+ years data center experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Project).
• Yardi, Procore and Prolog experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project meetings with design, construction, and commissioning firms.
• Prepare and assist with pre-installation meetings.
• Assist in managing EverOn budgets and schedules.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cash flow management.
• On-site management of data center projects.
• Interface with power and fiber companies.
• Assist Project Manager and team with reporting.
• Interface with customers to ensure critical infrastructure integrity.
• Interface with EverOn operations team.
• Support business development activities.
