Mission Critical Interior Solutions, Inc is hiring an Entry-level Project Manager to oversee submittals, RFIs, drawings, and document control for data center projects. You will support field operations, coordinate with superintendents, and help manage schedules and procurement.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position requiring an undergraduate degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Strong technical aptitude and organizational skills.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain submittal and RFI logs.
• Manage drawings, submittals, and project records.
• Ensure field documentation is submitted timely.
• Coordinate document control for the project.
• Assist the APM and superintendents with daily coordination.
• Track material procurement and project progress.
• Visit job sites to observe progress.
• Coordinate deliveries.
• Support micro-scheduling.
• Participate in safety meetings.
