A leading company in IT Services is seeking a Mid-Senior level Program Manager to support operations during a maternity leave. The role involves writing emergency procedures, managing relationships with vendors, and coordinating training and documentation processes. Ideal candidates will have experience in critical environments and proficiency in SharePoint.
This position is open because a Senior Program Manager on the team is out on maternity leave, and a Project Coordinator has stepped up in her absence, leaving this role open and in need of support. The individual will help write emergency operating procedures and general methodologies, preferably with knowledge of procedures in a data center or critical environment. Responsibilities include submitting procedures into SharePoint, collaborating with tech managers and engineers for reviews/approvals, and managing relationships with third-party vendors for maintenance.
