Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator for data center construction in Santa Teresa, NM. You will support field teams and project management, track payroll times, and assist in enrollment, WO processing, and submittals.

You should have strong organizational and communication skills, be comfortable with Zoom and MS Office, and have at least three years in a construction-support role. This is an on-site, full-time position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Three years of experience in a construction-support role.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship.
• Excellent communication, writing and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Zoom for online presentations.
• Strong MS Word and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Track PM schedule; set up meetings, travel, and catering.
• Communicate with Field and Safety teams; process payroll times and new-hire enrollment docs.
• Maintain and update job files and controlled forms/logs.
• Assist with WO processing, proposals, bids, change orders, submittals, RFIs and RFDs.
