Elite Executive Solutions and a leading electrical contractor seek an Assistant Project Manager to support large commercial and data center construction projects in Salt Lake City, UT. The role offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth into a Project Manager position.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of electrical construction experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Experience supporting commercial or mission-critical projects preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to advance into a Project Manager leadership role.

Responsabilités

• Support Project Managers with planning, execution, and project delivery.
• Assist with scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, and project documentation.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Assist with contract administration and project closeout.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with field and office teams.
• Track project progress and assist with resolving project challenges.
• Support monthly billings, reporting, and financial documentation.
