Job summary

Overwatch Mission Critical in Atlanta (Cartersville area) is seeking an Office-based Project Manager to own project controls and govern cost, schedule, RFIs, submittals, and change management. The role supports the site and owner teams by maintaining clear, accessible paperwork from the office.

You will coordinate with GCs, subcontractors, design teams, and stakeholders, attend meetings, and ensure timely follow-up and accurate documentation to keep projects on track and compliant.

Qualifications

• Proven RFIs experience.
• Experience with submittals.
• Cost tracking experience.
• Schedule management experience.
• COs and GC paperwork on live jobs.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day project controls: cost reports, budget vs. actuals, change-order log, pay-application support.
• Maintain the schedule (updates, look-ahead support, delay/impact notes).
• Log, track, and drive RFIs and submittals to close using Bluebeam/Procore.
• Document control, meeting minutes, action-item tracking, and project correspondence.
• Coordinate with GCs, subcontractors, design teams, and stakeholders; attend meetings and follow up.
• Support quality and safety documentation (not primary site safety lead).
• Flag schedule and cost risks early to keep leadership informed.
