We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our growing Mission Critical team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring project documentation, reporting, and administrative processes are managed efficiently throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, and has exceptional organizational and document control skills.
Working closely with Project Managers, Commissioning Leads, and project teams, the Project Administrator will be responsible for maintaining accurate project records, coordinating documentation, supporting project reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal and client documentation standards.
CAI was established in 1996, that has grown year over year to more than 800 people worldwide. We provide commissioning, qualification, validation, start-up, project management and consulting services related to operational readiness to FDA regulated and other mission critical industries.

$60,000 - $75,000 a year
Average salary range, not including benefits or compensatory bonuses.
