Job summary

Suffolk is seeking a Project Accountant to track and report the project’s financial performance. You’ll collaborate with Project Managers and Executives on all facets of project accounting and administration issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or other relevant field.
• Ability to adapt to different personalities and management styles.
• 0-3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Process the monthly owner requisition.
• Process subcontractor requisitions.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with contracts (insurance, billing, etc.).
• Process budget updates.
• Process cost transfers.
• Select invoices for weekly disbursement cycle.
• Monitor and track the project cash position.
• Assist the Corporate Risk Manager with CCIP administration.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Executives on accounting and administration issues.
