Job summary

Kele Inc is seeking a Strategic Program Manager in Memphis to own the execution of complex data center programs. You will map the program, build the plan, and drive delivery across sales, engineering, procurement, manufacturers, panel builds, and customer approvals.

You will lead cross-functional teams without direct authority, hold people accountable, and communicate execution status to executives and end users.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in construction project management, building automation, HVAC or M&E, or systems integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business administration, supply chain management, or related field required.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects to completion on deadline.
• Strong planning and execution skills, with the ability to build a plan from ambiguity and drive it.
• Ability to hold people accountable and drive cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Highly detail oriented with disciplined documentation, scope control, and follow-through.
• Proficiency with Jira or equivalent software tool for project and program management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Map out the strategy for data center programs end to end, identifying dependencies and risks.
• Define commitments with commercial owners and bring execution and deliverability into the plan.
• Be present in scoping to test feasibility of commitments.
• Build and own the program plan with sequenced work, owners, dates, and dependencies.
• Drive execution across cross-functional teams and clear blockers on the critical path.
• Hold owners accountable and escalate when needed to leadership.
• Maintain program documentation to protect scope and timeline.
• Represent execution status credibly to customers and senior leadership.
