Job summary

Service Global is seeking a Technical Program Manager Trainee – Data Center Infrastructure. This paid, full-time role offers structured technical and project management training across T1–T3 levels, with nationwide deployment as needed.

Roles include coordinating with project teams, tracking schedules, risk, and quality, and supporting customer communications. Trainee levels advance based on demonstrated qualifications and business needs; PMP/AP certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent in a tech-related field or transferable experience.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn project-management, ticketing, reporting, and documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project trackers, schedules, action items, dashboards, issue logs, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Technical Program Managers, field teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Track schedule, SLA, risk, quality, testing, punch-list items, rework, and project blockers.
• Prepare project status reports and support customer-facing communication.
• Participate in data center walkthroughs and project-site activities.
