Job summary

Iron Systems, Inc. seeks a Technical Program Manager Trainee – Data Center Infrastructure to join our nationwide deployment efforts.

This paid, full-time W-2 role offers structured training across T1–T3 trainee levels with mentorship and hands-on project experience in data center infrastructure, low-voltage cabling, and network deployment. As a trainee, you will support project trackers, schedules, and cross-functional coordination while developing foundational to advanced program management

Qualifications

• Relevant education, technical training, or transferable experience in technology, infrastructure, or project management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with spreadsheets and learn project-management, ticketing, reporting, and documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project trackers, schedules, action items, dashboards, issue logs, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Technical Program Managers, field teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Track schedule, SLA, risk, quality, testing, punch-list items, rework, and project blockers.
• Prepare project status reports and support customer-facing communication.
• Participate in data center walkthroughs and project-site activities.
• Support project closeout and recommend improvements to reporting, documentation, workflow, and data quality.
