Qualificações

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Basic math skills used for inventory tracking, production counts, and product control activities.
• Ability to identify equipment issues, production discrepancies, and workflow exceptions.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members, leads, and supervisors.
• Ability to stand, move materials, and perform repetitive operational tasks as part of daily production activities.

Responsabilidades

• Operate printers, inserters, finishing equipment, and mail-processing machinery.
• Monitor production workflows and complete assigned tasks according to established procedures and schedules.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, clear equipment jams, and complete operator-level maintenance activities.
• Assist in preparing production control reports and operational documentation.
• Maintain inventory records and outgoing product controls using automated systems and manual processes.
• Use computer terminals and software systems to queue work, update processing information, and respond to system messages.
• Complete manual document assembly, packaging, sorting, postage application, and related production tasks as required.
• Identify quality concerns, production exceptions, or equipment issues and escalated them appropriately.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines and service-level expectations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
