Responsibilities

• Operate printers, inserters, finishing equipment, mail-processing machines, and related production systems.
• Monitor production workflows and process assigned jobs according to procedures.
• Clear jams and perform basic operator-level maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Prepare and maintain production control reports and documentation.
• Process inventory and outgoing product control activities using manual and computerized systems.
• Use computer terminals and production software to queue jobs and respond to system notifications.
• Perform quality checks to ensure documents are printed, assembled, and packaged correctly.
• Complete manual document assembly, postage application, sorting, and packaging tasks as needed.
• Identify production issues, document discrepancies, and escalate appropriately.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain productivity, accuracy, and service levels.

Position Summary

This role is ideal for candidates with print center, mailroom, production, warehouse, or data center experience, as well as individuals looking to begin a career in technology and operations. The position involves operating production equipment, supporting mail processing activities, performing quality checks, and ensuring timely completion of print and fulfillment projects.

• Pay Rate:$17-$20/hr; based on experience
• Schedule:Tuesday - Saturday (7:30am - 4:00pm)
• Work Arrangement: Onsite
• Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

• Operate printers, inserters, finishing equipment, mail-processing machines, and related production systems
