Job summary

EPI Power is seeking a Pre-Fab Fabricator/Tech to support electrical construction on mission-critical and data center projects in Des Moines, IA. This role involves field support, reading drawings, and coordinating with field teams to ensure safe, high-quality delivery.

Occasional travel or relocation may be required based on project needs. Extended work hours, including weekends, may be necessary to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience with data center or mission-critical projects preferred.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and specifications.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work in construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate prefabricated assemblies per specifications.
• Measure, cut, fit and assemble components per drawings.
• Safely use hand and power tools.
• Support electrical installation and project coordination.
• Read and interpret drawings and project documents.
• Coordinate with field leadership and other trades.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity focus.
• Identify and escalate field issues for timely resolution.
