Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Mechanical, Thermal, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years developing mechanical and thermal solutions for electronic products, power systems, or HPC infrastructure.
• Experience with CAD tools and CFD/thermal simulations.
• Strong analytical and hands-on validation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and integrate mechanical subsystems for high voltage power conversion platforms and PDB.
• Own enclosure, sheet metal, die-cast components, machined parts, tolerances, and manufacturability.
• Develop thermal solutions including air and liquid cooling, cold plates, and heat dissipation components.
• Perform thermal simulations and airflow analyses to optimize cooling and reliability.
• Collaborate with electrical teams to optimize mechanical packaging of transformers, inductors, capacitors, and semiconductors.
• Create and execute validation plans for thermal, mechanical, vibration, shock, and environmental tests.
• Support prototyping, DVT, and root-cause analysis of thermal/structural/assembly issues.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and suppliers to deliver production-ready mechanical solutions.
