Job summary

Nscale's North American Data Center Infrastructure (DCI) group is delivering large-scale, high-density data center campuses. This role focuses on turning master schedules into near-term field plans and coordinating with site teams and contractors.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years of planning experience, strong Primavera P6 skills, and proficiency in Excel. Occasional site presence is required in a hybrid North American work environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of planning or scheduling experience on construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling principles.
• Comfortable working on active construction sites with contractors and trades.
• Proficient in Excel and clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Look-ahead planning: prepare and maintain 2-, 3-, and 6-week look-ahead schedules with site teams and contractors.
• Progress tracking: collect, validate, and record progress data from the field.
• Schedule support: assist Scheduling lead with updates, activity detail, and logic checks in Primavera P6.
• Constraint management: track permits, materials, equipment deliveries, access, and design info to clear constraints.
• Coordination: attend and support coordination meetings with contractors and trades; record actions.
