Job summary

Ares Technology Consultants is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead the design and construction administration of mission-critical and data center projects. You will own the full design lifecycle from concept through construction and closeout, serving as the technical and design authority to ensure integrated disciplines, quality, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading design for data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, cooling systems and applicable codes.
• Experience with BIM, Revit coordination and design reviews.

Responsibilities

• Provide design leadership and manage the design lifecycle from concept to construction documents.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design across architecture, structural, MEP, fire and life safety, and low-voltage systems.
• Ensure BIM coordination, clash detection, constructability reviews, and compliance with codes and standards.
