Qualifications

• 3+ years of program requirements definition and data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements.
• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and leadership, or managing teams.
• Experience working with business teams to utilize metrics to determine improvement opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
