Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Lancaster, USA, seeks a Data Center Supervisor on a Monday–Friday 6am–2:30pm shift to lead production associates and oversee loading, unloading, and installation of server racks.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3–6 years in material handling, and strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Base pay ranges from $70,000 to $75,000 annually with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Generally prefer 3–6 years’ experience in material handling operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises production associates who are performing tasks related to loading/unloading freight.
• Accounts for materials utilizing multiple systems and oversees assembly/installation of server racks and components.
• Advises subordinates with questions or problems in any aspect of work activities.
• Monitors work and examines production areas for accuracy, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures.
