Frost is seeking a Data Center Support Coordinator to oversee our data center support infrastructures in Texas. You will manage electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building automation systems, ensuring efficient operation and timely maintenance.

The role emphasizes coordination with vendors, adherence to safety and quality standards, and collaboration with IT on power, data, and infrastructure projects to support Frost’s 150-year legacy in financial services.

• Must have 4+ years in facilities, data center support, or related area.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate vendor support and maintenance for Frost’s facilities systems and data center infrastructure.
• Ensure resources are available to complete preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Oversee vendor-supported network activities to meet Frost’s standards for quality, safety, and performance.
• Manage maintenance inventories and vendor invoices to maintain cost-effective levels.
• Develop and maintain maintenance procedures, standards, schedules, and docs for data center ops.
• Collaborate with IT on power/data requirements, installs, moves, and CAB meetings.
• Plan and document network disaster recovery tests.
• Respond to audit and compliance requests per Frost’s standards.
• Act with Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve optimal outcomes.
