Job summary

Google Austin seeks a Business Operations Program Manager for Data Center Tech. You will oversee maintenance agreements for Data Center systems, manage cost control, contractor relations, and procurement projects, and support local technicians with process clarity.

As part of the AI and Infrastructure team, you will coordinate budgets, run dashboards, deliver data-driven insights, and act as a local escalation point for finance issues, helping drive efficient, scalable operations across offices

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of accounting experience with focus on accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Vendor management experience.
Experience in local tax and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Execute assignments with high levels of self-initiative and adaptability, delivering results across varying supervision levels.
Collaborate with technical teams to develop service agreements from evaluation to award.
Lead development and reconciliation of annual operational and capital budgets with variance analysis.
Drive cost-saving opportunities and manage accruals for accurate fiscal forecasting.
Oversee supplier onboarding and audit processes and analyze cost data to support KPIs and decisions.
