Amazon in Oregon seeks a technology manager to lead a team that maintains cloud infrastructure for global data center operations. AWS seeks technology managers with people management experience, strong technical understanding, and the vision to advance AWS Data Center Operations. The successful candidate will create and devise strategies, mentor staff at all levels, sponsor projects, and propose technical solutions. Responsibilities include leading teams in hardware and network diagnostics, physical repair, and participation in an on‑call rotation.

Compensation includes a base salary range of $78,400.00 – $137,300.00 USD annually, sign‑on payments, and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
