GXO Logistics, Inc. in Lincoln, NE seeks a Data Center Operations Manager to oversee critical operations and lead a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You’ll ensure quality, safety, and efficient processes, while guiding staff development and program improvements.

This role requires hands-on leadership, flexibility, and a focus on meeting customer commitments. You’ll work with cross-functional teams, manage maintenance coordination, and uphold OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, which may include weekends.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, vendors and team members to ensure commitments are met.
• Demonstrate understanding of GXO’s quality policies and establish procedures for maintaining quality objectives.
• Provide guidance to supervisors on personnel, quality and safety.
• Hire, train, develop and appraise staff effectively.
• Make recommendations on programs to improve operations.
• Coordinate maintenance needs with the maintenance team.
• Ensure records are maintained and reports completed timely.
• Enforce OSHA and other safety standards across departments.
