Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Manager, Data Center to lead a skilled team in installation, maintenance, and facility support for critical data center infrastructure. You will guide daily operations, ensure safety and reliability, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and vendors to drive continuous improvement.

The role involves managing power, cooling, monitoring, and infrastructure upgrades, with a Monday–Friday schedule and early-evening shift.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science, technology, engineering, electronics, or related discipline.
Trade/apprenticeship training or discipline-specific licenses/certifications considered for equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Direct daily operations to maintain safety, reliability, and efficiency of data center infrastructure.
Guide and empower a team handling installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of data center equipment.
Ensure cabling, power, cooling, and environmental systems meet standards.
Oversee preventive maintenance, inspections, and documentation for compliance.
Manage upgrades and support for critical infrastructure including UPS, generators, HVAC, fire suppression, and monitoring systems.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, construction, and vendors on projects.
