Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Manager, Data Center to lead a skilled team in installation, maintenance, and facility support, ensuring reliable service across critical infrastructure.

You will guide operations covering power, cooling, cabling, and monitoring, collaborating with engineering, vendors, and operations in a fast-paced, 24x7 environment. A bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in data centers plus leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science, tech, eng, electronics or related field.
• Trade/apprenticeship or licenses may be considered for equivalent experience.
• Leadership experience in a data center environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations to maintain safety, reliability, and efficiency of data center infrastructure.
• Guide a team handling installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of data center equipment.
• Ensure cabling, power, cooling, and environmental systems meet standards and practices.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, inspections, and documentation to support compliance.
• Manage upgrades and support activities for critical infrastructure assets.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, construction, and vendors on projects.
• Set priorities, allocate resources, and communicate risks to leadership.
