Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Lockbourne, OH, is seeking a Data Center Team Lead-Pharmacy on the A shift (Mon-Fri 6AM-2:30PM) to manage material orders, customer service, and inventory at the datacenter.

You will assemble and install servers and electronic components, conduct inventories, ensure safety, and coach team members. Requires 3-5 years of related experience and strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience in data centers or logistics.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required.
• Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge hazards and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers, including shipping documents.
• Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight, verifying part numbers and quantities.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts on site.
• Process return shipments of electronic components using multiple warehouse management systems.
• Oversee server rack placement on the datacenter floor with high accuracy using measuring tools.
• Populate electronic components and install cabling into server racks following diagrams and schematics.
• Install rack hardware using hand, power, and measuring tools.
• Operate material handling equipment such as straddle stackers and pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace adhering to 5S standards.
