Job summary

DSV is seeking a Data Center Team Lead for the Pharmacy area on B-Shift (M-F 2:00pm-10:30PM) at our New Albany facility. The role combines logistics duties with hands-on data center hardware work, including server assembly and installation using hand and power tools.

You will manage material orders, inventory, quality checks, and on-site safety while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are required.
• Ability to pass government and company background checks and tests.
• Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge hazards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight with shipping documents.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight for part numbers and quantities.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenish critical spare parts.
• Process return shipments using warehouse management systems.
• Install and rack servers on the datacenter floor with accurate placement.
• Install cabling into server racks following diagrams and schematics.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and stackers.
• Maintain safety and 5S standards in the work area.
• Push, pull and lift items as required.
